Homemade application of ginger against cellulite
Anti-cellulite ginger tea
Cut about 50 g of root and, without peeling, rinse it with boiling water. Rub the root on a grater and transfer the gruel into a thermos bottle. A liter of water, on average, takes two teaspoons of ground ginger. Add to the ginger puree sliced a small lemon or lime and pour the mixture with boiling water. Close the thermos and insist the drink for at least 20 minutes.
There is another way of making this tea. Pour a slice of washed ginger with a liter of cold water, add freshly squeezed lemon juice and put on medium heat. Boil for about a quarter of an hour, wait for the broth to cool down slightly and can drink, adding a little honey to the cup.
Anti-cellulite tea should be drunk throughout the day and necessarily hot to increase its effect. In a day you can drink about 6 cups. Tea against cellulite with ginger is recommended to take a course – up to 10 days.
Massage with ginger against cellulite
This procedure, popular in beauty salons, can be performed at home without too much effort. By heating up tissues and breaking up fat cells, massage allows you to get a quick and lasting effect in the fight against cellulite. And the skin after each session looks more taut and smooth.
You can do two types of massage. For the first – a couple of tablespoons rubbed on a grater, along with the skin of ginger, mix with the olive oil until the liquid is not too gruel. This oil-and-spice mixture is used for massage, rubbing with active movements in the problem areas of the body. Each zone is massaged for at least 15 minutes, intensively rubbing the skin, pinching and kneading the bumps of cellulite. During the procedure, there is a burning sensation or tingling sensation on the skin. After the massage, the remnants of the mixture are washed off with warm water, and anti-cellulite cream is applied to the skin.
If you do not want to spread ginger puree on the body, you can use a simplified, but no less efficient way. To do this, soak olive oil soaked in several layers of gauze and wrap it in the grated root. Massage the skin, rubbing it with a gauze knot with ginger.
Mask with ginger, honey, and pepper.
Mix to a uniformity half a glass of olive oil with 50 ml of warmed on a water-bath honey, add a teaspoon of ground hot pepper and the same amount of ground ginger, pour a couple of teaspoons of boiled hot water to get a measure of a thick mass. Rub the mixture with skin on the areas of the body where cellulite appeared, and leave for half an hour. If the mask burns too hard, flush it before! After the procedure, apply moisturizing milk or cream to the reddened skin.
Mask with ginger and clay: In equal amounts, mix the blue cosmetic clay and the ground ginger root, dilute the mixture with warm water to make it easy to apply to the skin consistency. Apply a uniformly dense layer of the mask to the problem areas and leave for 10 minutes. With each new session, increase the duration of the mask for 5 minutes, bringing the length of one procedure to half an hour. Thoroughly washing off the mask, lubricate the skin with a nutritious or anti-cellulite cream. To make the appearance of cellulite less noticeable, make ginger masks in 2-3 days.
