Egg diet. Every woman has a dream – to become … a woman of dreams. That is to be slim, well-groomed, sexually attractive, have beautiful, healthy hair, nails, skin. And if she is far from such parameters and condition, and her dream is relentless, sublime and strong, and the desire to get as close as possible to her is passionate and ardent, the woman will go for everything!


Egg diet

She will torture herself on simulators, buy expensive creams, visit beauty salons and, of course, try different diets suggested by the TV screen, fashion magazines or neighbors/girlfriends. If only to approach (to sneak up, to move up) to her dream, to change cardinally, to beat down people around the spot, to catch admiring glances of men and envious – women. (1)

Recently, a lot of talk about the egg diet. It is good because, by observing it, you will not experience an exhausting feeling of hunger. Here is the opposite. Soon you may begin to feel sick from nourishing, you don’t want to eat anything at all. (2)


What are eggs and what they are known for?
In general, eggs are a unique product. This is known to all. After all, the egg contains a new life, therefore, initially, it has everything necessary for the successful development of this very life. Niacin is needed to nourish the brain and form sex hormones. Choline improves memory and removes poisons from the liver. In addition to the well-known vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, eggs contain vitamin K, which is quite rare in other products. Biotin, nicotinic and folic acids, proteins and bioregulators, iron, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iodine, cobalt, copper. (3)



Here is a big list of all the useful and necessary for the body that is present in a small egg! And this means that sitting on an egg diet, you can not torment yourself with the search for additional complexes of microelements and vitamins. (4)


Egg diet rules
If you decide in favor of an egg diet, then you must strictly follow it. Do not change it at will. Do not exercise amateur. Do not justify their actions, going against the regime of this diet, so that, in your opinion, it will be better. Do not flatter yourself! – In this case, you will not get the desired effect but only waste your time and nerves. Just strict compliance with all regulations will allow you to achieve the desired – lose 5-7 pounds in two weeks. (5)


Egg diet provides three meals. At the same time snacking between meals, drinking coffee (even without milk and sugar) is unacceptable. But green tea and water (1.5-2 liters per day) – this is what you need! Vegetables should be consumed fresh or boiled without adding oil (fats should be excluded altogether). The beginning should certainly with citrus. They narrow the stomach, and the fiber, which is contained in vegetables, instantly fill it and will not give a feeling of hunger. (6)



Egg Diet Menu
Remember, as an immutable law: the daily breakfast for you from now on is half an orange or grapefruit and 1-2 boiled eggs.


The first week of the egg diet
Monday
Lunch: eat in any quantity one (pay attention – only one!) Of fruit types, such as watermelons, oranges, pears, plums, apples.
Dinner: steamed or boiled meat (except mutton), not more than 200 grams. Before cooking, be sure to remove the fat, if any. (7)

Tuesday
Lunch: boiled without fat chicken (before cooking, be sure to remove the skin).
Dinner: a salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots or bell peppers. Two boiled eggs, one toast. Plus one grapefruit or orange for dessert. (8)


Wednesday
Lunch: cheese (low fat) in any quantity, a tomato salad, and one toast.
Dinner: steamed or boiled meat (except mutton), not more than 200 grams.


Thursday
Lunch: eat in any quantity one (pay attention – only one!) Of fruit types, such as watermelons, oranges, pears, plums, apples.
Dinner: boiled or fried no-fat meat (except mutton) plus any salad. (9)


Egg diet

Friday
Lunch: boiled zucchini, carrots, green peas or beans, two boiled eggs.
Dinner: boiled fish, any salad, one grapefruit or orange for dessert.


Saturday
Lunch: again in any quantity one (note – only one!) Of fruit types. Such as watermelons, oranges, pears, plums, apples.
Dinner: boiled or fried no-fat meat (except mutton) plus any salad. (10)


Sunday
Lunch: boiled chicken without skin, boiled vegetables, tomatoes, one grapefruit or one orange.
Dinner: any boiled vegetables. (11)



The second week of the egg diet
The second week of the egg diet includes all the same breakfast, consisting of half an orange or grapefruit and 1-2 boiled eggs. (12)


Monday
Lunch: meat boiled or fried without fat (except mutton) and any vegetable salad.
Dinner: vegetable salad, 2 boiled eggs and one grapefruit or one orange for dessert.


Tuesday
Lunch: boiled or roasted meat (except lamb) and vegetable salad.
Dinner: salad, two boiled eggs, one grapefruit or one orange for dessert. (13)


Wednesday
Lunch: cucumbers and boiled or fried meat without fat (except lamb).
Dinner: vegetable salad, two boiled eggs, one grapefruit or one orange for dessert. (14)



Thursday
Lunch: low-fat cheese in any quantity, boiled vegetables, two boiled eggs.
Dinner: two boiled eggs. (15)


Friday
Lunch: boiled fish.
Dinner: two eggs (cooked in any way).

Saturday
Lunch: boiled or fried fat-free meat (except lamb), tomatoes and one grapefruit or one orange for dessert.
Dinner dubs lunch. (16)


Sunday
Lunch: fried or boiled chicken (remove the skin before cooking), boiled vegetables, tomatoes, one grapefruit or one orange for dessert.
Dinner dubs lunch.


Recall mandatory compliance with strict rules: you can not swap lunches and dinners! If you could not stand it and interrupted the diet, then, having decided to resume it again, continue from the place where you stopped, alas – it is impossible, you have to start all over again.


Attention! – It is likely that egg diet will annoy you for 3-4 days, the usual foods seem to be tasteless and even inedible. You may notice that you often have a headache and mood deteriorates. This is because in the egg diet there are no carbohydrates (from which, as is well known, those extra pounds are gained).


And further. When the egg diet is strictly observed, blood cholesterol rises, suddenly there can be allergic reactions to eggs, possible deterioration of the skin, nails, and hair, but the weight … It really goes away! However, before you take the egg diet, remember – do you have any chronic diseases in which this set of products is contraindicated? If you identify yourself with chronic fatigue syndrome or general malaise, it is better to postpone the start of this diet. And in any case, first, consult with your doctor! Only if all these conditions are met, an egg diet will bring you joy, ease, self-reliance.
