Conjugated linoleic acid is a slightly altered form of lipoic acid (CLA), an omega-6 fatty acid that plays an essential role in maintaining human health. Omega-6 fatty acids enter the body with food, mainly from meat and dairy products. Consequently, CLA found in meat and dairy products.


Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a powerful antioxidant, anti-carcinogen, anti-catabolic and immune system stimulant. The CLA assists in burning fat, building and maintaining dry muscles, and also in fighting cancer.
