7 day diet meal plan for weight loss involves drinking lots of water every day, so you are quickly metabolized. Be sure to drink 8 to 10 glasses (~ 3 liters) of water every day during this diet. Water will be beneficial for removing toxins and extra fat from the body.

 

Let’s move on to daily activities during this diet:

Day 1:
The first day is always the hardest. Stay away from sweet cravings for chocolate and artificial sweets. Satisfy your cravings with fruit, excluding grapes, bananas, lychees, and mangoes. It is assumed that you consume more watermelon, lime, oranges, apples, pomegranates, strawberries and melons. You can eat 20 times a day, but you should eat only fruit. This will prepare your body for a diet; the fruits will provide all the nutrition for your body. Do not forget to add salt or other spices to the fruit.


Day 2:
The second day will be for you a vegetable day. Start with boiled potatoes. And take vegetable salads. You can eat all raw and boiled vegetables, try to limit the oil, salt, and spices. Beginning of the day with boiled potatoes will give your body enough energy and carbohydrates throughout the day. But after that, only raw and boiled vegetables. One cooked potato per day will be enough. The second day is a caloric day. Today you will eat high in fiber and nutrient-rich vegetables.

 

Day 3:
The third day will be combined from the 1st and the 2nd day. On this day you will only eat fruits and vegetables. Continue to drink plenty of water, as mentioned earlier. You can avoid boiled potatoes because fruits will provide you with carbohydrates. You will feel fresher and lighter.

 

 

Day 4:
It will be a vegetarian day plus banana milk because bananas are usually eaten to gain weight. But in this diet with vegetables, bananas will contain potassium and sodium. Today you can eat up to 6 bananas and drink 2 cups of milk. Also, take a light vegetable soup, but without the spices and salt.

 

Day 5:
On the fifth day, you can eat cheese and a small number of sweets. Eat soya pieces, sprouts and eat tomatoes. Today you can also have fresh tomato soup. Drink a little extra water today; it will purify the body of uric acid. The fiber of tomatoes will improve your digestion.

 

Day 6:
On the sixth day you can eat greens, soy, and cottage cheese, but today there are no tomatoes. Increase vegetables in the diet today; it will provide vitamins and fiber to your body. By this time, you will already notice changes in your body. Continue to consume large amounts of water daily.

 

Day 7:
This is the last day of the diet; you will feel a lot of changes in your body. Today you can have fresh fruit, one chapati, a cup of brown rice and other vegetables that you want to eat. Do not forget to drink at least 3 liters of water each day.
